Capsule Networks Based Automatic Measurement System for Scoliosis

چکیده
Skolyoz, omurganın eğrilmesi ile birlikte omurga genel yapısını deforme eden bir hastalıktır. Skolyoz tanı ve tedavi aşamasında çeşitli yöntemler olmakla birlikte, temel amaç Cobb açısı adı verilen eğrilik açısını azaltarak seviyesini düşürme çerçevesinde şekillenmektedir. ölçümü esasında uzman tarafından, röntgen filmleri üzerinde manuel olarak gerçekleştirilmektedir. Ancak bu sürecin derin öğrenme gibi Yapay Zeka yaklaşımıyla otomatikleştirilmesi hem hasta de açısından büyük kolaylık kesinlik sağlayacaktır. Açıklamalardan hareketle çalışmada, öncelikli odaklı çalışmalar literatürün güncel durumu ele alınmış, ardından Kapsül Ağları (CapsNet) tabanlı çözüm ölçümlerinin otomatik hale getirilmesi sağlanmıştır. CapsNet çözümünün, ConvNet, BoostNet, RFR ResNet-50 modelleri karşılaştırılması neticesinde en iyi bulguları modelinin verdiği tespit edilmiştir.
